Service Policies
Bicycles must be dropped off in store and entered into the repair queue in order to be repaired. Appointments are available by using the “Book Service” button at the top of the page (on mobile device tap the menu button) but appointments are not required.
Safety check and repair estimate available free in store. Repair estimate not available over phone or without the bicycle available in store.
Bicycles left more than 30 days after repair completion will be disposed of without further notice.
Labor rates do not include cost of parts.

Resurface brake pads
Lubricate brake cable
Clean rims
Realign brake pads and calibrate brake springs

Hydraulic Brake Bleed - $30
Remove all fluid from front or rear brake system
Replace with new fluid
Ensure clean, smooth braking
*Does not include price of brake fluid or pads or rotor cleaning/resurfacing
Wheel True - $10+
Inspect and adjust spoke system

Shifting Adjustment - $15

Unbox and assemble boxed bicycle
